Yes — free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $75. All other orders ship at a flat rate. We ship to all 50 states.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. You will receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships.
Absolutely. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking number. You can also reach out to us at info@eloriarose.com with your order number and we'll check the status for you.
We offer hassle-free returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and in original condition with tags attached. Please email us before returning so we can process your request quickly.
Simply email us at info@eloriarose.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will guide you through the process. Exchanges for a different size or colour are always welcome.
Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned item. You will be notified by email once the refund has been issued to your original payment method.
Our pieces are true to size. If you are between sizes, we recommend sizing up for a more relaxed, comfortable fit. Each product page includes a detailed size guide with measurements.
We carry XS through 3XL across most styles, because we believe every woman deserves beautiful clothes that actually fit. Size availability varies per style and is shown on each product page.
