When you're charged

Payment is taken securely at the time you place your order. Once your payment is confirmed, you'll receive an order confirmation by email.

Your security matters to us. All payments are processed through Shopify's PCI-DSS compliant checkout, and every transaction is protected with SSL encryption. Your full card details are never stored on our servers.

Failed or declined payments

If a payment doesn't go through, your order won't be placed and you won't be charged. Please double-check your card details and billing information, or try another payment method. If the problem continues, reach out and we'll gladly help.
